On December 15th and 18th, we had the pleasure of hosting students from the National Chin-Yi University of Technology and National Formosa University at our Dounan plant. Throughout their visit, we showcased SH's commitment to transforming the conventional perception of the manufacturing industry, commonly known as the 3K industry. Our presentation highlighted the latest advancements in our automated production processes and underscored our dedication to reducing carbon footprint through the seamless integration of solar power. Additionally, several of our team members, who are alumni of the same universities, generously shared their personal experiences of working at SH, adding a valuable dimension to the exchange.
Both visits concluded on a positive and delightful note, with nearly all students expressing amazement at how we are reshaping the perception of the manufacturing industry. The consensus was that we are actively fostering an inclusive environment where our team members can truly thrive.
